Senior Intake Worker Child FIRST

A full time, experienced Senior Intake Worker with social work or equivalent tertiary training is required to provide intake and assessment to vulnerable children and families in the Brimbank –Melton Child FIRST Alliance.  The position is ongoing, based in Melton and paid as SACS Class 3.

Residential Services Coordinator

MacKillop Family Services requires a dynamic, experienced Social Worker to manage their residential services in Geelong for young people who have experienced trauma or abuse. The position is a full time contract position for one year commencing in April, to replace a staff member on leave. This position supervises the residential care team, ensures quality outcomes for young people in care, and in partnership with Berry Street Take Two leads the development of a therapeutic approach in our residential services.

Long Term Specialist Care U13 Residential Support Workers (2 Positions)

These exciting new positions are within a new service within the Alternate Care (North West) Program as part of the Long Term Specialist Care (LTSC) service utilising a therapeutic model of care.

These are pivotal and rewarding roles within a new unit supporting and caring for children in LTSC. The Support workers will be responsible for working as part of a team in the provision of day to day care, nurture and development of the resident children in accordance with the case management plan and care plan for each child / young person within the unit.

There is some weekend and evening work involved.

Remuneration will be within the Residential and Support Services Award (8 Hour).
