What the program offers:
- Regular opportunities for families and carers to meet in a safe, relaxed, and inclusive setting
- Make connections with other families in your local area
- Information sessions on relevant topics to gain knowledge, develop skills, and to support the health and wellbeing of families and carers
- Linkages to other community supports and services
- One-to-one support.
Who is eligible:
Families and carers living in the western metropolitan region areas of Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Melton, Moonee Valley, and Wyndham. The child does not have be a NDIS participant or be in receipt of services from MacKillop Family Services to access the program.
