Our Vision for Reconciliation foresees a society that values and recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and heritages as a proud and honoured foundation of our national identity, and empowers First Nations people to participate equally and equitably in all areas of life.
Our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) runs from July 2025 to June 2028. It builds on the actions of our first two Innovate RAPs and outlines longer-term strategies that drive sustainable change, as we continue to embed culturally safe and responsive practices across our services.
Through our Stretch RAP, we seek to embed First Nations perspectives in our practice and have a meaningful impact on the National Closing the Gap targets.
