Family Futures helps existing families improve their communication and decision making. For single clients, there is also a one to one service to help negotiate better outcomes in family dispute resolutions.

Effective early intervention supports and strengthens families and helps them to achieve better outcomes. Confidential and culturally sensitive assistance empowers people to communicate and make decisions about their relationships and connections with other family members in a safe environment.

Interpreters and staff from culturally diverse backgrounds, including Middle Eastern, Turkish and Indian backgrounds support clients and provide useful advice and referrals. The service is available to people in the Hume, Whittlesea, Moreland and surrounding areas, and is specially designed to assist families from culturally diverse or indigenous backgrounds.

The service is free and confidential. To contact Family Futures, call 03 9351 3700 or email info@broadmeadowsfrc.org.au.
