For many, Christmas is a wonderful time of the year to exchange gifts and spend valuable time with family, friends and the community. But for some children and their parents, this time of year may simply go unnoticed.
Christmas Gift Appeal
You can make a real difference this year by participating in MacKillop Family Services’ Christmas Gift Appeal. With your help, we are aiming to deliver gifts to 760 children and young people in our care across Australia.
You could help us in three different ways this year:
Send us a gift voucher
With the growing number of teenagers in our care, gift vouchers provide them with the opportunity to express their personal style and grants them the freedom of choice.
If you are willing to send gift vouchers, kindly post these vouchers to our office at 237 Cecil Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 by 6th of December. Or they can be electronic vouchers emailed to our Community Engagement Officer, Susan Parajuli, on email@example.com
Send a personalised gift
You can buy and send gifts for the children and young people in our care. Enclosed is a list of suitable gifts you may wish to choose from. We request that the gifts be left unwrapped, so that our staff can choose what’s best for the children they support based on their age and interest. Gifts can be delivered to our South Melbourne office, or you can contact Susan Parajuli at least one week prior, and we will arrange collection on or before 6th of December.
Please don’t hesitate to contact Susan on 03 8687 7552 or email her on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or require further information.
Make an online donation
If you want to support our Christmas Gift Appeal but don’t know what present to give, you may prefer to make a donation. This will enable our staff to find appropriate gift for the children and young people in our care.
