You can help children and young people to get the best start in life by helping them re-engaging with their education.

After years of COVID disruptions affecting schools, Logan developed such severe anxiety about school that he stopped going altogether. He was at risk of falling through the cracks and completely disengaging from his education.

Nothing seemed to be working… until along came Bruno, a MacKillop Paw Pal.

MacKillop’s Paw Pals education program connects trained therapy dogs with kids who’ve experienced abuse, neglect or other childhood trauma to help them to heal and learn again. Thanks to his Paw Pal, Logan is starting to see school as a safe place. With Bruno by his side Logan feels like he can do anything.

To keep this essential program going, and to help many more vulnerable children, we need your help! This program is 100% community funded and relies on generous donors, people just like you. Donate now to help supPAWt kids struggling at school.

Get involved in our Paws4Kids campaign

Every year, we run our annual Paws4Kids campaign which raises vital funds for our Paw Pals program. Whether you can get involved by hosting a fundraiser at your school or workplace, helping to raise awareness, or by becoming a Matched Giving partner, we'd love to hear from you!
