Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter this Competition form part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

2. By submitting an entry into this Competition, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Registration

3. Entrants can enter the MacKillop Family Services (‘MacKillop’) Colour Me Competition 2022 (‘the Competition’) via email, post, or in person.

4. Entrants will not be contacted unless they are the winning Entrant.

How to enter via email

5. To enter the Competition via email, entrants must email a photo or scanned copy of their colouring in card to our.story@mackillop.org.au

How to enter via post

6. To enter the Competition via post, entrants must post their colouring in card to the following address:

8. Entries must be accompanied by the Entrant’s age and contact name and their guardian’s contact details, either phone number or email address.

7. Entries will only be accepted if received by the Competition closing date. No responsibility will be taken for postal delays.

How to enter in person

9. To enter the competition in person, colouring in cards must be handed into one of the following two locations:

a. MacKillop Family Services’ stall at Stonnington Pets in the Park on Sunday 20 March, or

b. 237 Cecil Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, with attention to Community Engagement Team marked on the card.

10. Entries must be accompanied by the Entrant’s age and contact name and their guardian’s contact details, either phone number or email address.

Eligibility Criteria

11. Competition entry is open to people aged 12 years and under. Permission to enter the competition is made by a parent or guardian, on behalf of a child. By entering the competition, a parent/guardian is giving permission to the child to do so. Prizes will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

12. Competition entries must be submitted in the original size supplied. Illustrations that have been scaled up or down will not be accepted.

13. Competition entry is open to Australian residents only.

14. Entries open on 20 March 2022 9:00am AEDT to 13 May, 2022 midnight AEDT ('Promotional Period'). Entries outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.

15. Entrants can only submit one entry to the Competition.

16. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.

Submission Criteria

17. Competition entries made to the Competition must meet the following submission criteria:

a. Entries must not contain material that is in breach of any intellectual property, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for display in any media.

b. Entries must not contain any copyright works, except that owned by the entrant.

c. Entries must comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations.

18. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the information and photos they submit. MacKillop shall not be liable in any way for such entry, to the full extent permitted by law

Privacy

19. Entrants Personal Information will be collected in accordance with MacKillop’s Privacy Policy.

20. By submitting an entry, entrants consent and authorise MacKillop to use their entry and first name, in any manner MacKillop sees fit including to promote the Competition on social media and other publications, announce the winner, or report on the outcome of the Competition.

Drawing and notifying winners

21. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be considered by MacKillop.

22. The winner will be selected during the week commencing 16 May 2021. MacKillop’s decision is final and it will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result or winning entry.

23. The winner will be notified via email or phone.

24. If for whatever reason, the winner is unable to redeem the prize or respond, another winner will be selected and notified.

The Prize

25. The prize is a $100.00 PETStock Voucher.

26. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize is subject to any associated PETstock terms and conditions and the winner must comply with those terms and conditions and any other PETstock requirements. MacKillop takes no responsibility for any actions or decisions of the winner or PETstock associated with redeeming the prize.

27. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

28. Delivery of the prize is available to Australian residents only and will be paid for by MacKillop. MacKillop will, at its expense pay for the prize to be sent to the entrant through ordinary prepaid post to Australian residents only. The winner is responsible for organising and paying all other costs and expenses associated with redemption of the prize.

General

29. MacKillop reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice for any reason.
