The Early Help Family Service supports families to be resilient and have safe, supportive, and enduring relationships. Early Help Family Service strengthens families by assisting them to be more connected to and engaged in their culture and communities. Early Help Family Service supports families' access to specialist services and participation in education, training, and other activities to support wellbeing.
Early Help Family Service takes an all-inclusive approach to support the health, wellbeing, education and development of children and families. The service works in partnership with universal services to assist families to navigate the health system, increase social connection and build parental confidence.
Who can access Early Help Family Service?
The program is open to families with children who are engaged in any of the following schools or early learning centres:
