The Family Connect and Support program brings together families, support services and community resources to help families work through difficult situations, ensuring children and young people are safe and well at all times.
Where can I access Family Connect and Support
We provide support to families living in the southern NSW local government regions of:
- Eurobodalla
- Bega Valley
- Snowy Monaro
- Queanbeyan
- Yass Valley
- Upper Lachlan Shire
- Goulburn Mulwaree.
If you live outside these areas and would like to access the service, we are happy to locate a closer service for you.

Family Connect and Support a wide variety of issues you care facing, such as:
- Parenting challenges
- Financial stress
- Substance use
- Family breakdown
- Housing issues
- Mental health
- Domestic and family violence

How to access Family Connect and Support
The Family Connect and Support is a free service that operates between 9am–5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If necessary, we can meet with you outside of these hours by appointment.
