Our Disability Service assists adults with a disability to develop skills that will enable them to live as independently as possible in their own home, within their own community. The service also support children with a disability with therapy support – more information at NDIS Therapy Support Services.

The service is available for people living at Balranald and surrounds in rural NSW.

Working closely with the participant, we can tailor support to an individual’s personal and wellbeing needs. This can include assistance with:

  • daily living activities (eg: personal care, housework, shopping, budgeting, etc)
  • help to access community services or programs.
  • social and community participation activities (including offer of a weekly group program that involve excursions and a range of local fun activities)
  • capacity building supports to increase the participants knowledge and skills to do things independently.
