NDIS Support Coordination

MacKillop offers Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination in Melbourne, as well as the Geelong region of Victoria.

Your MacKillop Support Coordinator will:

• Help you to understand your NDIS Plan and how to use it effectively
• Help you find and access the services that are right for you
• Work with you to develop your plan budget
• Assist you to access the MyPlace NDIS Portal
• Connect you with supports within the community and/or access to employment
• Monitor your goals and supports and help you prepare for any future NDIA planning meetings
• And much more, such as connecting you to therapists that can support your needs and/or working within a care team of professionals to increase the impact that NDIS services can have in your life.

We also offer Specialist Support Coordination

Our Specialist Support Coordination team have extensive experience and training to support people with more complex and intensive needs. We will help you to overcome the challenges or barriers you may face and reduce risks. Upon being assigned, your specialist support coordinator will work with you to prioritise what supports need to be put in place first and help you to be able to do this within a timely manner.

How to access this service

NDIS Support Coordination and specialist support coordination is available to participants of all ages with an approved NDIS support plan that includes line items for “coordination of supports”.
