Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter this Giveaway forms part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
2. By submitting an entry into this Giveaway, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Registration
3. Entrants can enter the MacKillop Family Services (‘MacKillop’) Giveaway (‘the Giveaway’) through the Giveaway entry form. The entry form is accessible via a QR code present at the MacKillop exhibition booth at the Source Kids Disability Expo.

Eligibility Criteria
5. Giveaway entry is open to people aged 18 years and older.
6. Competition entry is open to Australian residents only.
7. Entries open on Friday 5 July 2024 9:00am AEDT to Saturday 8th July , 2024 5:00pm AEDT ('Promotional Period'). Entries outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.
8. Only one submission per entrant is permitted for the duration of the competition.
9. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
Submission Criteria
10. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the information and photos they submit. MacKillop shall not be liable in any way for such entry, to the full extent permitted by law.
Privacy
11. Entrants Personal Information will be collected in accordance with MacKillop’s Privacy Policy.
12. By submitting an entry, entrants consent and authorise MacKillop to use their entry, in any manner MacKillop sees fit including to promote the Giveaway on social media and other publications, announce the winner, or report on the outcome of the Giveaway.
13. All entries become the property of MacKillop. MacKillop collects personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this Giveaway. Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
14. MacKillop collects information about you, including your name and email address which you provide when entering the Giveaway. We collect and use that information to promote our services.
Drawing and notifying winners
15. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be considered by MacKillop.
16. The winner will be selected at random week commencing Monday 8 July, 2014. MacKillop’s decision is final and it will not enter into correspondence regarding the Giveaway result or winning entry.
17. The winner will be notified via email. MacKillop will request the winner(s) send the Promoter an email with the name, email, address and phone number for prize notifications.
18. If for whatever reason, the winner is unable to redeem the prize or respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be drawn and notified.
The Prize
19. Total individual prizes are up to value of $200.00 (including GST).
20. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
21. The actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by MacKillop.
22. Delivery of the prize is available to Australian residents only and will be paid for by MacKillop. MacKillop will, at its expense pay for the prize to be sent to the entrant through ordinary prepaid post to Australian residents only. The winner is responsible for organising and paying all other costs and expenses associated with redemption of the prize.
23. MacKillop reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway with or without prior notice for any reason.
