iCare Staffing partners with more than 20 different Community Service Organisations and schools to make a difference in the lives of some of Victoria’s most vulnerable young people. This will be iCare’s fourth year as a proud partner of MacKillop’s Paw Pals Appeal and we are so pleased to be able to continue supporting the wonderful work that this program is doing, supporting students who are disengaged from learning.

At iCare, an important part of the work we do is partnering with flexible learning schools to provide youth workers to support young people in the classroom. Through these partnerships, we have seen firsthand the importance of young people feeling safe and supported, in order to learn effectively. MacKillop’s Animal-Assisted Education Program supports students to build their confidence and restore their connections to school with the help of therapy dogs and it is our hope that iCare’s continued partnership enables the program to support even more children and young people in the future.
