Matthew* was born into a home that wasn’t safe for him.

At birth, Matthew’s tiny body was already suffering the agony of withdrawal because of substance exposure in his mother’s womb. And family violence made his home a dangerous place.

It is crucial that precious babies like Matthew have a safe place to go.
