What drew me to the role in residential care was the opportunity to work day-to-day with young people and to be able to support them through different things that they're experiencing in their lives.
What I enjoy most about working residential care is just being able to engage with different young people, being able to sit and talk to them and support them with whatever they need and yeah, there's really special interactions in those moments.
