My average day as a residential care worker is sort of that there is no average day. It's, you know, there have been days where I’ve been playing pool and watching Netflix with kids and driving them to activities and doing fun things with them, and then there have been other days where, you know, you're supporting young people through some pretty big experiences. It can be different depending on the day, you can have everything.
